This is a great idea! I added an extra "product" named "Stackless Sprint" to the Stackless PayPal account. This will really, really help. thanks so much for the donation and the nice suggestion -- chris -- Christian Tismer :^) Mission Impossible 5oftware : Have a break! Message-ID: <4040C9C0.8010509@stackless.com> Hi Friends, this list has suddenly 20 members. Although I know that Esteban cannot come to the sprint and just wanted to lurk on the list, are we in fact going to be *19 people* on the sprint? Please let us know if you are just subscribed for fun. I have then to get ready for a larger room, immediately. Please post to the list, so we can share information. I would also suggest that people from outside ask the Berlin sprinters who can take somebody home. Alternatively, if people know of cheap accomodation, preferredly in good reach from Dahlem, please post it on the list! May I also ask everybody to give a brief introduction of himself, where he comes from, and what his expectations for the sprint are? Just a few lines, and real names are better than the email acronyms. Overwhelmed-ly y'rs -- chris -- Christian Tismer :^) Mission Impossible 5oftware : Have a break! I'm just lurking to soak up stackless discussion. I became interested in Stackless after Bob's work to port it to OS X. I am excited about stackless on OS X because I have been able to create a standalone application with Stackless, PyObjC, and everything else I require which compresses down to 6mb. I am interested in stackless for networking, and I also have some ideas for a sound-generation API with nicer semantics than buffer-filling callbacks. dp _______________________________________________ Stackless-sprint mailing list Stackless-sprint at stackless.com http://www.stackless.com/mailman/listinfo/stackless-sprint
