[Stackless] build problem on Debian-mips

Since you're using the newest version of g++, you should check the stackless
source to make sure it's not using archaic (forgive me) syntax.  Specifically,
namespaces must be included, they are no longer optional, and the standard
header format now omits the trailing  '.h'.  Lots of source code on the 'Net
will fail to compile under the newer g++ versions so travel with care.
