[Stackless] Stackless ported to 2.2.3

Confirmed! This seems to be an issue with the framework build only,
though. If you do a vanilla ./configure and make it does compile.

Maybe there is some interference with an existing, stackfull, frame-
work-built Python? Well, probably not, not before installing it, at
least. Sorry, I don't know... I've never built a framework version
of Stackless.
