[Stackless] Installing Stackless

At the moment you need a c compiler to build stackless yourself.
On Windows this is Visual Studio, on unix systems (including macos x)
you have already a compiler installed called gcc.
I guess in the near future Chris will provide a packaged release but at the moment to
keep on with current changes access to a compiler would be the best.
if you are uncomfortable with this building process i could send you the necessary (windows) files.
btw chris is it still enough to replace the python22.dll and to install the stackless module package
or are there more files of python modified?
