[Stackless] Debian package for stackless ...

I'd appreciate this very much, of course!
My plan is to do the final bit of optional
pre-emptive scheduling with Richard this weekend.

Then I will look how hard it is to port to 2.3.
There are heavy changes in the core interpreter,
so it might be more than trivial.

Which platforms am I missing?
I'd be more than happy to support all of them,
the needed assembly is very little, but it needs
to be done and tested for all platforms.
Volunteers are very welcome.
