[Stackless] Policy for taking patches from 2.4?

Nah, it's pretty straighforward, just a couple of cvs commands. If you need
help with the cvs legwork, just tell me. I think it's much better than doing
everything after 2.4 is released, and once the biggest issues are solved it's
really just script stuff.
