[Stackless] pdb support (baseframe.f_trace)?

Good question!
You know I have those extra tiny frames, and they are not intended
for the debugger.
I wonder why the above happens. Does pdb walk through all
frames and try to set a trace?
Would it be ok to just make the baseframe f_ trace attribute
writable, but ignore it? (since it doesn't exist at all?)

On the other hand: This baseframe is an artifact:
All tasklets share this frame on top of all real frames.
This simplified my job quite much. On the other hand,
I might consider to make this frame invisible from Python,
by cheating a None, instead?
