[Stackless] Stackless Python 2.3.4

Since 2.3.5 is comming out soon, I thought that I should get around to
posting my patched version of 2.3.4.

It's the stackless CVS
(:pserver:anonymous at stackless.com:/home/cvs/stackless) from December
1st updated to 2.3.4. It's been rock stable for me under fairly heavy
development since then. (That CVS branch hasn't seen any commits since
then, so it's also the current CVS)
