I am using the 2.3.3 win32 release available
in the download section:

My Python is: 

Python 2.3.3 Stackless 3.0 040407 (#51, Apr 7,
2004....)

So I am assuming that I have to grab the latest
release and compile it. Will this compile under
cygwin?
