[Stackless] Queues

I will talk to Christian about this problem.  It is kind of bad to have
a wiki, and to have it crippled like this :)

Channels Page now more of a basic introduction, will do some more work on it later.  If you feel like making me a new page for moving all of the special derived channels to, that'd be great.
