[Stackless] Installation bugs

I just checked out stackless from cvs and installed it on a SuSE box and a fedora core 4 box.  Two issues--

1) before you do anything you will need to go into the Makefile.pre.in file and find stacklessversion.h.  Delete the reference or change it to stackless_version.h.  There is already a reference to stackless_version.h a few lines down and stacklessversion.h simply does not exist.

2) The compile when you type make will try and reference a directory called include...it does not exist because someone apparently thought it a good idea to name the directory Include.  mkdir include and cp -Rf Include/* include

After those two issues you should be good to go.  I was.
