[Stackless] New Windows build

I have fixed all the known pickling bugs, and all the Python and Stackless unittests now pass.
 
You can get the download from the usual place:
http://www.stackless.com/download
 
It is one zip archive containing all the relevant files.  The dlls, libs and modified scripts from the standard library.  It can be extracted into the directory where you have Python 2.4.3 installed, to give you a working version of Stackless Python.
