[Stackless] Stackless for ARM

Hi,

I checked in support for the ARM thumb instruction set
yesterday.  Stackless Python now runs on the Nintendo DS
(if you have the right homebrew based environment set up).
Or you can run it in one of the more capable emulators,
like Dualis or Desmume.

Binaries and a patch that will need to be applied will
be uploaded to my web site when I get the time:
