[Stackless] pickling code objects

After upgrading eve to stackless 2.5.1 (or rather, as a part of this integration) I discovered that code objects are not pickleable.
This is nothing new apparently, but stackless2.3 had stackless.code objects, which were in fact pickleable.
Now, is this intentional?  Is there something broken in stackless, or should I start working around this?
