[Stackless] Proposed modification WRT threading and scheduling

Hey there,

Richard, did you make this change already? Is it in the release
version of stackless (2.51)?

For some reason, my stackless wsgi server is not working as it should,
run() is exiting even though there is a tasklet waiting for the socket
accept.
