Happens for me as well.  I only gave it a cursory test, and it got to
the stage where it said I already had Python installed so I assumed it
would work.  The difference between this build and previous ones, is
that I was at work when I built it and used Visual Studio 2003 .NET
proper to build it - whereas I normally use some god awful combination
of freely downloadable tools.
