[Stackless] Problem with the installation

I installed Stackless on my win Vista, and I copied the stackless export
that allows me to program for PSP within the folder, python stackless 2.6.2
and stackless 2.6.2 export, I installed the PS 2.6.2, and copied the folder
within in C:\Python26\Stacless-2.6.2

once I run the python stackless, an error message appears saying "this file
does not have a programm associated with it for performing this action,
Create an association in the Set Association control panel."

I tried to reinstall again and again and again, but the problem still exists
!!

this problem even happens before I copied the stackless export package !!

Please Help as soon as possible ...
