[Stackless] cPickle and Makefile based compilation of Stackless

Hi,

I compiled Stackless and enabled the cPickle module the other day, and
found that the Makefile was not specifying that the 'safe_pickle.c'
file should be compiled and linked.

Doesn't anyone who uses Linux, OS X and other systems that use
Makefile-based compilation enable the cPickle module? :-)
