[Stackless] Tutorial missing code files and image files

Hello,
Unless I am missing something or are very bad reader, it seems to me
that the stackless tutorial is missing the "zip" files with the code
files and image files (for the game simulation).
Can someone confirm? Or provide me with a link to the resources?
