[Stackless] stackess for 2.7

Sorry, I sent the problem message directly to Richard and Christian.

What configure stuff are you refering to?  One thing I noticed is that a file called pcbuild/publish_binaries.py has gone.  This file contained stackless specific information, and I was probably in error removing it.  I will fix that.

I am not a build and distro specialist, so I was going to ask for someone's help on that.
