[Stackless] Stackless Python 3.2 (almost ready)

Hi,

The Stackless py3k branch is effectively ready for release.  It is merged up
to the release revision of regular 3.2, however this is the list of
outstanding tasks:

- I am unable to build a complete Windows installer, due to merge module
problems.  A solution for this as of this time unknown.
- 'configure' needs to be regenerated, and is either the 3.1 Stackless
configure, or the non-Stackless 3.2 configure, as it stands.

Anyway, if you're the silent users of this pending release, it's working,
tested and almost ready for release.  It is however not going to be
officially released just yet.
