[Stackless] Mac Stackless Python installers for 3.1.3 and 2.7.1

Hi,

If you use that funny MacOS thing I don't know much about but curse at on my
iPad, and you want to be downloading Stackless Python installers for 3.1.3
and 2 .7.1 you finally can.  Aleksandar Radulovic has kindly once again
built and provided the installers for us.

You can get them from the usual place:
