[Stackless] Why No (O'Reilly) Stackless Python Book?

There was also a general Python book planned several years ago called
Python Swallowed Whole.  CCP paid me to write a chapter on Stackless
Python for it, as that was during one of the other periods I was not
working there.  I'm not sure that chapter will ever see the light of
day.
