[Stackless] Stackless Python 2.7.3

I've already merged ticket 9 in.
I added some comments to ticket 3.
We need to merge the default python branches in with stackless.  I'll do that presently.
We also need to branch create a 3.4 branch by applying the stackless diff to the current "default" branch.  I'll also do that soon.
