[Stackless] PEP 0404 and VS 2010 (python-dev)

This is odd, because we had a go-ahead two years ago to create it (and host it on python.dev) , as long as it were not "official" python.
names such as 2.8 or "python classic" were discussed.
Anyway, you need to brush up on your pythonism, Christian.  It's better to ask for forgiveness etc :)
