[Stackless] PEP 0404 and VS 2010 (python-dev)

I think the main problem for the python community would be the name 2.8,
having a version with a higher version number then the "official" python
releases might lead to confusion for newish python programmers, looking for
the latest version of python 2.x but with no plans of going stackless.

Is the name 2.8 crucial?
