[Stackless] PEP 0404 and VS 2010 (python-dev)

Not really.

As it stands, concerning complications with different compiler
versions, it needs to be a different name, because there should
not be a dll name clash.
That, together with the assumption "bigger==better" gives
non-intended confusion.
