[Stackless] Unittest errors for stacklesslib on mac os 10.9

You can ignore most of the errors in the test-timeout test, if it is only about miniscule differences in wakeup time.
It is attempting to verify the precision of a timeout, while in reality, particularonly on certain platforms, the app may wake up late.
